Is this therapy?

Not exactly. This isn’t 1:1 therapy (though Premium includes a private session). It’s based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools adapted for work life — designed to help you avoid burnout and stay mentally clear.

What if I’m not sure my job is toxic?

How much time daily?
